Return/Exchange Policy You can request a Return/Exchange within 7 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Return/Refund:
- Only one item can be Refunded per multiple-item order (for others Coupon code is issued)
- In case of refund 120/- processing fee will be deducted and refunded back to you (within 15days after approval).
- In case of Credit note Full amount coupon code will be provided, coupon code will be valid for 3 months (issued within 15days after approval).
- Shipping cost is non refundable.
Exchanges:
- We are happy to exchange your product for another size/color or different product.
- One time Free Exchange is available.
- Items once exchanged cannot be returned/refunded, a credit note or coupon code with a 3-month validity will be issued.
- A shipping fee of Rs. 120 will apply for exchanges after the first exchange.
Non Refundable:
- Any Items below 1500/- and purchases made with Coupon Codes/Gift Cards cannot be refunded.
- But Coupon Code with a 3-month validity can be issued for future purchases/ one time exchange also available
- Shipping charges for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable.
Terms and Conditions:
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refund requests that do not comply with our stated policy will not be considered or processed under any circumstances.

Refund Policy
Notification: We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return, and confirm whether the refund is approved.
Refund Options:
- A credit note of the full amount will be issued, valid for 3 months.
- No processing fees apply for this option.
- The coupon code will be shared within 15 days.
- Processing fees of Rs. 120 per item will be deducted.
- Refunds will be credited within 15 days to the original payment method or to your UPI/account details for COD payments.

Exclusions: Sale items and purchases made with coupon codes are not eligible for refunds.
Damages and Issues
- Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
- For items shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
